By showing the receipt/invoice of the product you purchased, you can have them altered in all our stores.

No alteration services are provided in our stores during sales. We do not have alternation services in our discounted products.

Delivery and Shipping


When will your order be delivered?
Your order is delivered to you within 7-15 days. How can you track your order? You may check your orders from "My Account" -> "My Orders" tab. After your order is shipped, you may trach the phase of your order from "My Orders" tab -> "Where is my Cargo" link. When your order is out for distribution, you will be notified via Mail by TRIKO MISIRLI.

Process in orders placed by money order/wire transfer
Orders placed by money order/wire transfer become effective when the money is deposited in our account. TRIKO MISIRLI cannot be held responsible for the products which become out of stock during this process.

When can I change my address?
If you order is at the phase "Your order has been received", you may change your delivery address. In order to convey your new address, you may contract 0212 231 34 13.

The procedures to be implemented when you are not present at your address;
The cargo company leaves a note stating that you can get your package from the nearest branch if they cannot find you at your address. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to trikomisirli.com.tr.

Your orders are delivered to the address you specify with MNG Kargo. Shipping companies do not deliver on public holidays. Your order is sent to the delivery address you specified during working hours (weekdays and Saturday) between 9am-6pm by MNG Kargo.
