When will the order reach you?
Your order will be delivered to you within 7-15 days.
How can you track your order?
You can check your orders from the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section. After your order is delivered to the cargo, in the "My Orders" tab, "Where is my cargo?" You can find out what stage your order is at from the link. When your order is delivered, TRIKO MISIRLI informs you by e-mail.
Process for orders placed by wire transfer
Orders placed by wire transfer become valid on the date your transfer fee is deposited in our accounts. TRIKO MISIRLI is not responsible for products that are out of stock within this period.
When can address change be made?
If your order is in the status of 'Your order has been received', you can change your delivery address. You can contact 0212 231 34 13 to forward your new address.
Procedure to be followed if you are not present at the address
If you cannot be found at your address, the courier company leaves a note stating that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to trikomisirli.com.tr. Your orders are delivered to the address you specify with MNG Cargo. Cargo companies do not deliver on public holidays. Your order is sent to the delivery address you have specified during the working hours (weekdays and Saturdays) of MNG Cargo between 09:00 – 18:00.
